Leaders Gather at Gracious Palace Hotel for Gracious Group Principal's Dinner

LIRA CITY - The Gracious Group of Companies on Sunday hosted its annual Principals’ Dinner at Gracious Palace Hotel - Caleb Square, bringing together leaders from SAGRASS Schools, Primary Schools, Gracious Palace Hotel (GPH), and House of Buttons to share experiences, reflect on the year, and lay out plans for the future.

This year’s dinner marks a transformation from the Directors’ Dinner to a full Gracious Group of Companies gathering, organized under the stewardship of Hon :Elem Leo, MP Moroto County, Alebtong District, who also serves as Principal of St. Gracious Schools Day & Boarding and St. Gracious Nursery and Primary.

Welcoming guests, Saul George William, General Manager of Gracious Palace Hotel Ltd, reflected on 15 years of service.

He attributed the hotel’s growth to teamwork, commitment, and the support of member companies under the Gracious Group umbrella. 

CEO of Gracious Group of Companies, Dr Patrick Olet, when making speech during the Dinner informed Principals that the group has grown into a big company with expanding influence. 

He thanked Hon. Elem Leo for organizing “such a big dinner,” noting he has known him for almost 20 years and described him as a person of humility through whom “God has come to stand tall and make sure the company grows.” Olet in the middle of his communication,urged members to remain committed to their calling, “The expectation is to have courage and build a name or brand.

 Whether you are a teacher or a receptionist all the staff, You are the face of the business and the ambassador,” he said. “As Gracious Group we want to see others grow together. Next year our focus will be on individual growth,” he added.

Meanwhile,Hon. Elem Leo thanked the family of Patrick Olet , whom he credited for his personal and professional success. He testified that Dr. Patrick Olet was the first person he consulted before joining politics and it's his first time in Parliament Speaking on his first four ( 4)months in the 12th Parliament and his debut, Hon. Elem Leo said hi being there might not only help the people of Moroto.” but for the Nation Uganda and it's Citizens .

He however,  stressed that teaching remains his best calling because being in Parliament can Only have impacts if the policies which the legislators always make are suppose to be respected through implementations. "In other words no implementations No Impacts' “The teaching I did has changed the lives of people. One can be in Parliament for money, "but not to create impacts in the lives of citizens'', said Elem Leo.

 In business, he hailed Gracious Group as “the best company in the country” and ranked Gracious Palace Hotel the Best with all the facilities , noting that competitors “don’t have Spa and Gym floor such as Weight Machines and running tracks Sauna or Steam Rooms, locker rooms Among others.
