Frank Oyugi is an accomplished investigative and multimedia journalist, editor, and media manager. He currently serves as the Digital Content Manager at Radio QFM 94.3 in Lira City, where he oversees the station's digital transformation and online news footprint. Throughout his career, Oyugi has established himself as a vital voice in regional journalism, earning recognition as the first runner-up in the 2018 Uganda WASH Media Awards. He is also a former fellow of the Aga Khan University Climate Change Program and a member of the 2023 InfoNile Editors’ Biodiversity Program.
